Steven Spurrier considered this 100% Chardonnay Bride Valley’s signature wine and one which always accompanied him on his travels, being a true reflection of Bride Valley Vineyard.

The Blanc de Blancs 2018 from Bride Valley is a really outstanding example of it type. It is 100% Chardonnay from selected parcels in the vineyard, often the best Chardonnay for the vintage is used. A nose of elegant citrus fruit & creamy brioche notes is followed by a deep, textured palate of citrus, green apple and yeasty character. Wonderful wine!
