A delicious organic Reserva Cava from the traditional town of Sant Sadurni. Vibrant, fresh and fruity with ripe, creamy green apple and citrus with subtle yeasty flavours.
Very different in style to Champagne though still made in the traditional method. This Cava is more fruit-forward in style with slightly softer acidity, which makes for a very approachable, easy drinking bottle of fizz.
I am always impressed by the depth of flavour this wine offers for the price point. If you want a great bottle of fizz to kick off the weekend (but don’t want to splash out on some Champers or English fizz) then I’d highly recommend this!
