One of the rising stars of Bordeaux, Chateau L’Enclos, is situated on the western slope of the plateau of Pomerol & is owned by Denise & Stephen Adams who purchased the property in 2007. This delicious organic wine is a blend of mainly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec complemented with limited oak ageing. It has a nose of ripe, black & red fruits with a soft, generous palate of cassis fruit and gentle oak notes.
