Coming from Old Vines of an average age of 55 years, the fruit is carefully handpicked as whole bunches and the wine produced using ancient techniques to achieve traditional flavours of the region.
‘Fresh with lively raspberry, redcurrant and blackberry aromatics, balanced with beautifully subtle and well integrated tannins, flavours of red fruits and a touch of mineral and spice on the finish.’
A wine best in enjoyed in it’s youth or up to 3-4 years. Serve just lightly chilled as an aperitif or to accompany a platter of delicatessen meats and cheeses.
