This 100% Chenin Blanc is a beautifully made wine; fresh, elegant and pale straw in colour. On the nose, it’s not overly expressive, more nuanced with delicate fruit aromas, apple and floral scents. Bone-dry, steely and crisp on the palate with flavours of apple, white nectarine and a long citrus finish.
