We find some of the very best expressions of the Verdejo grape variety in Rueda, Spain and none better than in the town of ‘La Seca’ along ‘the Golden Mile.’ This is a wine made to honour local pharmacist Saturnino who founded La Seca Wine Cooperative and whose vision, knowledge and motivation lay the foundation for the wealth of fine Verdejo wines that we see today.

‘Intense straw yellow in colour with crisp, fruity aromas of green apple and melon. Light bodied with beautiful freshness on the palate and flavours of white peach and lime with a subtle herbal finish. – A wine that quietly sings.’ Jack
