The rise and rise of Gin in the UK and around the world show no sign of abating! This most classic of all English spirits, it is produced from a base of fermented grain which is then distilled with flavourings, predominately juniper berries. This is the classic London Dry Gin style. Whilst we enjoy all Gin at M&B were are particularly fond of the Dorset Gins of Conker and Fordington, as well as that of Salcombe from Devon.
